In all my years as a fitness pro, TNB-28 - "The New Body 28" - is the most wildly popular, most effective, and most talked-about muscle training program I’ve ever created.

TNB-28 has been tested behind the scenes in our Burn the Fat Inner Circle community for years, and what you’re getting here is the newest evolution of the plan.

The entire workout, including photos and exercise descriptions is available right here on this site, and you can get more details about the science and principles behind the program in chapters 16 and 17 of the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle book.

One of the most powerful secrets to making progress is accountability. That means, keeping score! The best coaches in the world all agree with this truth of performance enhancement: Performance improves when performance is measured.

There is no way you can remember days or weeks of your workout history, let alone months or years. As the old proverb says, "The palest ink is better than than the best memory."

To increase your accountability and make tracking your workout progress easy, I've created a set of workout logsheets designed specifically for the TNB-28 workout program (as seen in Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle).

The TNB-28 workout system uses a 2-day upper - lower body split routine with an exercise rotation system, and a scientifically-based periodization system. There are 2 different upper body workouts and 2 different lower body + abs workouts, for a total of 4 workouts. There is a logsheet for each separate workout.

I'm providing you with the Printable PDF version which you can print and re-use for every workout. I'm also giving you a Microsoft EXCEL version because you can overwrite the EXCEL sheet, which will come in handy if you want or need to make any exercise substitutions or change the acute training variables such as the rest intervals, number of sets and so on.

You'll find all four days of the TNB-28 workout in the EXCEL sheet, simply look for the tabs at the bottom of the sheet to view the different days one through four.
